Over the next two weeks bloodstock agent Craig (Boomer) Rounsefell, Emma Puglsey and I will be taking viewers on a behind the scenes journey of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale - the biggest horse sale in the world.
We will be inspecting yearlings, conducting research and vetting, then taking on competition against the auctioneer in the highly emotional sale ring to try secure the thoroughbreds that we love the most.

We are thrilled that our first purchase was securing this powerful colt by Candy Ride with Radley Equine for $175k from Stone Farm at Keeneland September Yearling Sale. Hailing from a talented family, his dam is G1 Del Mar Oaks winner Rutherienne.

Hip 981 - City Of Light x Moondance -filly
Our second purchase Keeneland Sales with Boomer Bloodstock is a classy filly by City Of Light for $155k from Brookdale Farm. Her winning dam, Moondance, has produced two winners from two runners, including stakes-placed Hang The Moon.

Hip 1983 - Audible x All About Allison (colt)
Superb value early in the day at the Keeneland Sale in Book 4 with the purchase of a two-turn dirt colt by the Florida Derby winner from Highgate for $70k. He is out of solid producing mare and will head to Dan Blacker at Santa Anita Park.
